AUCTION RULES
Registration is not complete until your signed registration form and deposit of a $1,000 (certified check or money order) is received by broker of Megastar Real Estate.
After your credit is pre-approved and a deposit of $1,000 is received, you will receive a member id number.
With the member id number you will be able to place a bid anytime during the auction period.
Bidder is allowed to bid as many times as he/she wants until he/she wins the bid.
Check for a $1,000 is going to be deducted from the purchase price of the winning bid.
Deposit of $1,000 is refundable.
Upon winning the property bid, you will be notified either by phone or email.
Bid winner is responsible to sign a contract within 48 hours and put down payment on the property.
